Walk Him Down Past The White Oak Doors
Just when I started getting excited for fall, summer round 2 hit. Even though we haven't been getting the predicted rain from El Nino, we've definitely been getting the humidity. After enjoying a couple weeks of cooler weather, it heated up all of the sudden and felt like July again. Unless you're right along the coast, LA is hot and sticky right now with no signs of letting up. Even the evenings are no relief at this point. Me, being the genius I am, decided to run around Melrose Ave. in Hollywood, nowhere near the ocean.
I decided to find relief from the heat in this white Chiffon Tank Top from H&M. It's actually a pretty old tank top that they carried in an outlet store near me. While I usually end up destroying my white shirts on accident, this tank has lasted fairly well. It's actually pretty durable and the print makes hiding stains super easy.
Speaking of the print, I seriously love it. It has that cool marble-effect by bringing in blacks, greys, and browns so it goes with all kinds of outfits. It's also higher in the front than it is in the back, making it perfect for wearing with leggings or pants without back pockets.
